Tour of Gravesend's Statues

In line with our topic for term 1, we visited local statues in our area and were fortunate enough to have the guidance of local historian Christoph Bull. His expertise enthralled the children and adults with his knowledge of Pochantas, Pujji, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Victoria and General Gordon. 

During our topic of British values, we learnt that statues play a vital role in reminding people of the historical legacies of the past and the impact their stories still have on our lives today!
