Queen’s Platinum Jubilee – Additional Bank Holiday date- 27th May
In recognition and celebration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, Friday, 27th May 2022 has been designated a holiday for pupils and staff. Therefore, Term 5 will end on Thursday, 26th May.
As you will be aware, the Spring Bank Holiday in 2022 has been moved to Thursday, 2nd June 2022 and an additional Bank Holiday on Friday, 3rd June will see a four-day weekend in celebration of Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
As we will already be on our mid-term break during that week school’s have been allowed to allocate the additional Bank Holiday date within term time.
