Phonics/Reading Workshop

We will be talking about and covering the following topics:

1. Demonstration lesson: See a phonics session in action.

2. Phonics screening: In Year 1 the children sit a government Phonics Screening Check. This will give you an understanding of what the paper looks like.

3. Home reading: Why it is important for children to practice reading at home

4. Rapid Catch-Up: What our phonics interventions look like from year 2-6

 

There is no need to book - please turn up just before the start time for each session.
