Dear parent, carer, guardian and pupils,
We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. As the figurehead of our nation for 75 years and a truly inspirational female role model, she will be greatly missed by us all.
Queen Elizabeth II's passing will be marked by a range of specially devised resources recognising her majesty's contribution to the country, the British Empire and the world.
Her majesty's passing will affect us all in different ways, and we will support those members of our community who need additional support.
I want to confirm that school remains open and all planned events will continue. Once the state funeral information is released then we will write to confirm any further guidance, if required, at that time.
