Holy Trinity CE Primary School

Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

The playground's our canvas...

We have been making marks using pencil in art. This week we decided to move things out to the playground.

We have used wavy lines, zig-zag lines, curves and straight lines to make 'our mark' on the playground.

'I have curly lines and straight lines.'

'These are straight, bold lines.'

'This is the sun with straight lines and curvy lines.'

'A zig-zag line and a curly line. I am drawing a man.'

'My circle pattern.'

'It is a hen.'

What types of marks can you make?
