Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

Run Jack run!

We have explored many activities whilst learning about Jack and the beanstalk.

Oh no the beanstalk fell down and Jack was still in the clouds!

We created parachutes for Jack, we investigated using long and short string and sticking the string to the paper in different ways to see if the parachute worked better or worse.

"Stick it here like me!"

The giant visited our classroom and we told him that it was Jack that had been up the beanstalk.

He asked what Jack took.

Can you remember what Jack took from the Giant's house?

We made feet as big as the giant and stomped around the classroom.

We felt "angry" that Jack had taken our gold.

We have been counting and learning our numbers.

Can you show your adult 5 fingers?
