Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

Dear Father Christmas!

What an exciting week it has been!

Yes, it is that time of the year where we have started to sing Christmas carols, practice our Nativity, decorate our Christmas trees and do fun Christmas craft activities.

We have been learning about the story 'Dear Father Christmas' and throughout the book we read many letters sent to and fro to Santa.

Hold on there is more!

We were all so inspired after reading the letters from the story, we created our own wish list letters for Santa!

We were told by our teachers we were going out on an adventure and were going to visit a post box, We all looked confused, why are we visiting a post box? However, we used our little but quick walking feet as we were very excited!

It gets even better... after writing our letters we visited the post box to post our letters to Santa.

We are looking forward to hearing from Santa soon!
