Holy Trinity CE Primary School

Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

Budding Poet

Kyra-Leigh - Year 03 pupil- has, of her own accord, written a beautiful poem entitled 'The School Run'.  Fantastic job Kyra-Leigh!

The School Run

When it's time to come home from school, it is called the school run.

Mums run about.

They all have fun!

Children line up chatting and saying what they've been doing that day.

Teachers call out and shout,

names of the children.

Mums prepare for the journey home.

Children do their seat belts.

Mums ask children what they did at school.

Children reply, "We did lots of learning!"

What a tiring day it has been!

The school run!
