Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

Class of 2019!

What an amazing year it has been for us in Reception! We ended our amazing year of learning with a fantastic celebration. OUR GRADUATION!

You read that right! We had a graduation and all our adults were with us to celebrate.

The red carpet was laid out for us to walk on!

We were ready for the graduation! Hooray!

We walked down that long red carpet and shook hands with the teachers. They then gave us our graduation certificate and that wasn't all. We also got a special present with it to take with us!

Our teachers wished us good luck and a happy time in Year 1.

After the graduation we had a party! Yes, there was lots of food and fun!

We shared all that yummy food with our friends and family and then we went out to play in our Early Years garden. That was so much fun!

It has been an amazing day full of excitement, emotions and good wishes. We are all proud of the amazing progress we have made throughout the year and will dearly miss Reception.

All the staff in Reception would like to wish all the children a happy holiday with their family and best wishes for Year 1.
