Wow! What an exciting day we have had today. We put on our chef hats and made our own pizzas!
Before we started, all the teachers went through health and safety instructions with us and made sure we washed our hands nice and clean (it was hard to get off all the pen marks!)
There were 6 different stations within our pizza factory. They included: pizza base, pizza sauce, cheese, peppers, mushrooms and sweetcorn (and more cheese - this was for the teachers!!)
Turn by turn, we visited each station. It was so hard not to lick our fingers but being professional young chefs we kept our hands to ourselves and carried on creating our pizzas.
Firstly we rolled out the pizza dough and then very carefully we spread the pizza sauce all over the base.
We then used our special fingers to sprinkle on the toppings - yummy yummy in my tummy!
