Holy Trinity CE Primary School

Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

Lettings

At Holy Trinity we try to increase our income generated for the children by letting out our School Hall and School Dance Studio.

We have various regular groups who hire our facilities at the current rate of £21 per hour (Monday – Saturday) and £23 for a Sunday. This rate is set annually by the Governing Body.

We also allow, subject to terms and conditions, one off party lettings. These are usually held on a Saturday and can be booked by a £250 holding deposit (refundable). The current price we charge is £300 per evening (7pm-11.00 p.m. inclusive). If you require additional hours this is at a rate of £75 per hour. The School Hall can accommodate a maximum of 200 people. May we remind everyone that the School operates a no smoking policy.

If you are interested in hiring the Hall or have a regular letting that you would be interested in holding at the School, our Business Manager, Mrs Lynne De Gruchy would be pleased to hear from you. She welcomes visits to view the School's premises and to showcase what we have to offer and would be happy to discuss your requirements with you.

Please contact Mrs De Gruchy on 01474 534746 to make an appointment.
