The Governing Body of Holy Trinity CE Primary School (Structure)
Chair of Governors
Mrs K Goodayle (Parent Governor)
My background is in Retail Management, where I have worked within some fantastic organisations, including Marks & Spencer, Selfridges & Co and the Arcadia Group. I continued working as an External Business Manager in Arcadia Head Office, until the birth of my second daughter. Now that both my children attend Holy Trinity School, I work as a Business Administrator for Red Apple Designs, a F,F&E Design Consultancy, who specialise in designing Educational Spaces. I feel very privileged to be able to join the Governor team at Holy Trinity and work with the school on its ‘journey to outstanding’.
Vice Chair of Governors
Mrs J. Barker-Platt
After the birth of my second daughter 2 years ago, I decided to leave my Head Office retail career behind as I was keen to work in a more rewarding sector that suited my young family. My role as Executive Assistant to the CEO of a Multi Academy Trust has given me an amazing insight into the world of education and how valuable our teachers and the education system are to our children. When my eldest daughter moved into Reception this year and the opportunity to become parent governor became available I was honoured to take on the role.
I am passionate about our children’s education and am proud to be involved with Holy Trinity School and our journey to outstanding I am looking forward to working with a great team to ensure that our school is one of the best in the area and enables all our children to fulfil their potential.
