Starting Primary School in September 2021?
Do you have a child born between 1 Sept 2016 and 31 Aug 2017?
Apply for a place online at: www.kent.gov.uk/ola before 15 January 2021
Step 1: Research schools and understand their admissions criteria.
Step 2: Complete the online application form naming up to 3 preferences.
Step 3: Holy Trinity CE Primary School also require a Supplementary Information Forms (SIF) to be completed and returned to the school.
Step 4: Kent County Council offer you a place on National Offer Day.
Step 5: You accept or refuse the place and provide your proof of address from the application period to the school.
Step 6: If you don’t get a place at your preferred school you can join the waiting list and appeal.
Please read the forms carefully and complete all relevant sections, remembering to state the criteria you are applying under, to sign and date the form and to tick the box to indicate that you are aware that the common application form must also be completed on-line by 15 January 2021. Please note that we cannot accept forms that have missing or incomplete information. We ask that all Supplementary Information Forms are returned to us no later than Friday, 15 January 2021.

6th April 2021 - National Offer Day - offers sent by email after 4pm
5th May 2021 - Date by which places must be accepted or refused - Date by which parents should submit a waiting list form for schools they named but were not offered
9th June 2021 - Reallocation of any vacant spaces
