Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

Awesome Creative Writing!

A huge well done to Alexie (Year 5) for her amazing creative writing this morning! Alexie explored ideas from an image and used her imagination along with expressive language to write a beautiful piece of writing.

'Miserably, the old man, hands clasped behind his back, wondered around the Tin Forest. All around him the sound of his footsteps echoed in the stillness. Sunlight reflected off of the tall, metal trees. The tiny, grey flowers try to grow in amongst the giant, swaying trees. The Toucan came and took the life away.

How I wish the trees would burst with leaves and life!'

WELL DONE ALEXIE!
