Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

Fit for Life

Keep Calm and Keep Fit for Life!

One of the exciting parts of this term has been to discover how our bodies work and to ask the question, am I healthy enough?

Our answers? Kinda! We tested our pulse rates after a long run, we explored what foods were good for our bodies and we talked about how our heart and lungs keep us healthy and alive. Our writing focused around us researching facts about the body's systems and making brochures to encourage the public to eat healthily and to ask themselves the question ‘do I know what is in the food I eat?’

Do you know?
