Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

Sporting Week!

The children enjoyed participating in Sports Day on Monday. They all tried really hard in the track and circuit races. The overall team that won was Minnis Bay. Well Done!

We were very lucky on Tuesday as we had some fencing instructors visit us. The children had the opportunity to learn and have a go. The children wore the protective equipment, learnt how to salute, welcome each other and duel. They also learnt how to parry with the foils and how the scoring system worked.

We have written a recount of Sports Day and have been looking at halving in our Mathematics. The children have been enjoying our new role play area of the beach shop.
