Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

Book week

Reception have had a fun and exciting week!!

Reception really enjoyed their trip to the library today. They had the opportunity to look around the library and explore the surroundings. We had a talk from the librarian who talked to us about the different types of library cards depending on age to join the library. Did you know that you can take 30 books out for 21 days when you join?  We have also celebrated World Book Day where the children came to school dressed up as a famous character from a book. We have recounted the library trip and have made superhero potatoes!
