Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

Ever wondered what comes after 10?

Reception have been finding out what happens when we  count past 10!

We have been practising counting past 10 using this song! Did you know numbers can go on and on!!! They can go on forever in fact!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D0Ajq682yrA

Why don't you have a listen, be warned it gets faster and faster! Can you keep up?

We then wanted to find out what numbers past 10 looked like and how much they were worth. We created these cubey towers to show our numbers past 10- we even had a go at writing them.

Didn't we do an amazing job? Perhaps you could try counting with us at home?
