Term 6 - Misty Mountains & Terrific Thursdays

What a fabulous strat to Term 6 it has been! Our new topic Misty Mountains is one we are very much looking forward to! We have kicked started the topic by exploring dragons and we're currently designing our very own dragons to send into the Blue Peter competition. Why don't you leave a comment explaining some of the fantastic dragon ideas you have had? For more details follow the link. http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/joinin/blue-peter-design-a-dragon-competition

This week, we also have had our very first experience of Terrific Thursday! Throughout the day we enjoyed: PE, Basketball, Guitar, Art and Spiritual Play.

Have a look at some of the wonderful things we have been getting up to during our enriched curriculum! Why don't you let us know what you thought about Terrific Thursday?

This blog is amazing, Miss Horton!!! Did you know that there are all different types of dragon such as: western dragons, eastern dragons and Chinese dragons? For my homework, I'm making a PowerPoint about dragons and I found that out while I was looking for facts. I am soooooooooooo excited abut finishing my hot task tomorrow, its going to be the best bit of writing of all time in the whole galaxy! Lots of love, Isla:-P :-)
