Bouncing at MEAPA

Year 2 visit to MEAPA Gymnastics

Bounce! Bounce! Bounce!

That basically sums up our time at MEAPA Gym!  We had a great time jumping, bouncing, spinning and flipping off of the equipment.  We started our session with a warm up around an obstacle course followed by stretching ready for the different stations.  We did tuck and star jumps on the trampoline into the foam pit as well as jumping off of the podium into it.  The final station involved vault springs and forward rolls.  Our session ended with a space hopper race!  What a thoroughly enjoyable experience!  Even the teachers got on the equipment!
