Researching Resistance

Welcome back Year 6!

It was great to see so many Year Six pupils return to school fully refreshed and ready to learn!

On Monday, the children were asked to describe a given picture as part of our weekly 'Every Picture Tells a Story' lesson. Well done to Holly, from Bullfinches, whose excellent vocabulary was great to read. Please read her work below: 

This week, Doves and Bullfinches have been exploring water resistance. This involved implementing a fair test on Thursday, in which they explored how changing the shape of Plasticine, affected the water resistance.

On Thursday, the children explored performing the opening scenes of William Shakespeare's 'The Tempest' in their drama session:
