Holy Trinity CE Primary School

Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

What we've been up to....

Over the past two weeks in their home learning, the children have been rediscovering fractions. They have been covering topics such as what is a tenth, counting in tenths, tenths as decimals as well as fractions as a number line and fractions of a set of objects. Here are some examples of the work handed in.

For English, the children were asked to write a story about this picture.

Whilst children have been at home, they have also been getting creative in other ways. Ella shared some of her drawings, her painted pebbles and her amazing looking cup cakes!

Micah has ordered some caterpillars and he is investigating how they change over time. Here are the caterpillars and his first report!

Keep sending us all your amazing work! We really enjoy seeing all the different ways you are continuing with your learning.

We hope you are all keeping well and safe!
