Holy Trinity CE Primary School

Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

To the Christingle Service we go…

On Friday, the whole school went on a lovely adventure to St Peter and St Pauls Church on Milton Road…

Though the journey was hard and cold, we made it to our destination. There we found ourselves at a decorated church with our Christingles in hand. There we sat and heard a sermon from the local rector of the church.

We learned about the symbolism of the Christingle and what it means to us as Christians. We sang hymns and lit our Christingles as we remembered those who are less fortunate then us in this world.

We in Doves and Bullfinches wish everyone a Merry Christmas and have a great holiday spending time with their families and loved ones this season.
