Ice cream, you scream, .....
Well we all screamed for ice cream on Wednesday this week! We were investigating what happens when a liquid is cooled below freezing point.
Firstly, we poured milk and sugar into a jiffy bag.
Next we put ice and salt into a second jiffy bag.
Place the bag of milk and sugar into the bag with ice and salt and seal tight.
Then, cover the bag with a tea towel and shake for 5 minutes.
And hey presto, ice cream!!! We hope you have fun trying this at home!
