Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

The stories Year 5 tell.

To end our topic "The Stories People Tell", this week Year 2 received a very exciting visit from their friends in Year 5! During our topic lessons this term we have been learning all about the myths told by the Ancient Greeks and the artwork they used to tell their stories. We have even had a go at becoming storytellers and have told our own myths to our friends. When we found out that Year 5 had been working hard to write their own myths we just had to hear them!

"I liked how she used adventurous adjectives to describe the characters."

"I liked how their myths made me laugh and  how well they read their work."

What did you enjoy about listening to the Year 5's myths?
