Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

Look... Ladybird Biscuits!

We have really enjoyed our learning of Minibeasts this term so much so that we made ladybird biscuits.

Firstly, we made the shortbread biscuit dough and then rolled it out. We then used a cookie cutter to cut out the ladybird shapes and then used our fingers to create a perfect round shape (we tried).

We then made red icing for the ladybirds body and black icing for the ladybirds head.

We then used chocolate drops for the ladybirds spots (it was hard not to eat them all!) We took our ladybird biscuits home to share with our family and friends!
