We are Masterchefs!
This week in Reception we have become chefs (can you believe it!) and baked some cheese and carrot scones. We made sure our hands were squeeky clean before we started cooking and got all of our equipment ready (just like a real chef).
"It feels so soft and sticky".
We then added the cheese, carrot and milk to our mixture and mixed it together to make our dough. We even got to have a go at grating the carrot all by ourselves!
We then used our hands to roll out the dough into a big square. Afterwards, we cut our dough into different shapes ready to be baked. We had so much fun cooking our scones and enjoyed eating them together.
