Holy Trinity CE Primary School

Learning and caring together, building a firm foundation for the future

Patterns are everywhere!

This week we have begun to be superheroes!

We have also been working hard on spotting patterns, making patterns and turning a pattern from visual into auditory.

We have had great fun dressing up as superheroes and inventing our own stories and dialogues to assist our imaginary play.
Who's your hero?
As a class we made a colour repeating pattern, then we used instruments to play the pattern.
tambourines were green and maracas were blue.
Can you make a repeating pattern at home?

This week in our cooking sessions we have been making pancakes, some of them were chocolate and some had raisins in.
What's you favourite pancake topping?
